Runs bill per result against an Apify account (free to create, no card required to start). The platform is also rolling out agentic payment protocols (x402 and MPP prepaid tokens) that let an agent buy usage without a human-created account; support varies by actor and account status, so check the platform docs for current eligibility before wiring it into production.
