Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website at datapika.com. It does not cover the Apify platform, where actors are run and purchased; Apify's own privacy policy applies there.

What we collect

• Server logs. The site is hosted on Vercel, which records standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operations.
• Optional measurement. Google Ads and, where configured, Google Tag Manager and Analytics load only after you choose Allow. Until then, this website does not load those tags or send them measurement events. We restore your saved choice on later visits.
• Outbound clicks. When you click through to an actor on Apify, we record which page section the click came from and which actor it led to. This event is handled by the Google tags under the same consent rules as above.
• Performance metrics. After you allow optional measurement, Vercel Speed Insights collects page load timings to help us monitor site performance.

This site has no accounts, no sign-up and no forms that store what you type. Catalog filtering happens in your browser. Actor input examples can be copied and run on Apify. Purchases happen on Apify under Apify's terms and privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

Your consent choice is stored in your browser so the banner is not shown again. Declining saves your preference without loading optional measurement. After consent, session storage prevents repeated clicks to the same actor from being counted as separate advertising referrals in the same tab. A referral is not a purchase.

Third-party services

• Vercel: hosting, server logs and Speed Insights.
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics 4, Ads): optional measurement after consent, using basic Consent Mode v2.
• Apify: we fetch public store statistics from the Apify API on our servers; no visitor data is involved. Actor runs and payments happen on Apify directly.
• External images: some existing pages display company or actor images from external hosts. These hosts receive the standard information needed to serve an image, such as IP address and user agent.

Retention

Vercel and Google retain data under their own schedules. We do not keep a separate copy of visitor data. Your consent choice stays in your browser until you clear site data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you and to opt out of analytics and advertising. You can opt out using Change cookie preferences above and choosing Decline. We remove readable first-party Google measurement cookies and reload the page to stop loading optional tags. Cookies owned by other domains can be managed in your browser. For access or deletion requests, reach us through the contact page.

Changes

We update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Questions go through the contact page.
