Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website at datapika.com. It does not cover the Apify platform, where actors are run and purchased; Apify's own privacy policy applies there.

What we collect

• Server logs. The site is hosted on Vercel, which records standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operations.
• Analytics and advertising measurement. We load Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads through Consent Mode v2. All consent signals default to denied, so no analytics or advertising cookies are set and no identifier is stored until you choose Allow in the consent banner. While consent is denied, Google tags may still receive cookieless, non-identifying signals as described in Google's Consent Mode documentation.
• Outbound clicks. When you click through to an actor on Apify, we record which page section the click came from and which actor it led to. This event is handled by the Google tags under the same consent rules as above.
• Performance metrics. Vercel Speed Insights collects anonymous page load timings (route, device type, connection speed) to monitor site performance.

This site has no accounts, no sign-up and no forms that store what you type. The search form on the home page builds an actor input in your browser and opens Apify; nothing is submitted to us. Purchases happen on Apify under Apify's terms and privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key dp-consent so the banner is not shown again. Google sets analytics and advertising cookies only after you accept. Declining stores your choice and sets nothing else.

Third-party services

• Vercel: hosting, server logs and Speed Insights.
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics 4, Ads): measurement under Consent Mode v2; cookies and identifiers only after consent.
• Apify: we fetch public store statistics from the Apify API on our servers; no visitor data is involved. Actor runs and payments happen on Apify directly.
• logo.dev: company logos in the sample feed are loaded from img.logo.dev, which receives your IP address and user agent as part of the image request.

Retention

Vercel and Google retain data under their own schedules. We do not keep a separate copy of visitor data. Your consent choice stays in your browser until you clear site data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you and to opt out of analytics and advertising. You can opt out at any time by clearing site data for datapika.com, which resets the consent banner, and then choosing Decline. For access or deletion requests, reach us through the contact page.

Changes

We update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Questions go through the contact page.
